What does the $760 include?

How long does registration take?
Most companies are registered by ASIC within 1–2 business days. Some names require manual review by ASIC, which can add a few days — we tell you before you pay if that applies.
Do I need an ABN as well?
Almost every trading company needs an ABN. You can add ABN registration to your order for $55, including optional GST and PAYG withholding setup.
Can I use a Space Penguin virtual address as my registered office?

What do I need before I start?
Your preferred company name, the residential address and date of birth of each director and shareholder, and each director’s Director ID (free to get from the ABRS, takes about 5 minutes).
